Refrigerator Oatmeal
- organic old fashioned rolled oats
- coconut milk yogurt, or Greek yogurt or goat yogurt.
- raw bio goat milk
- chia seeds
- fresh fruit of choice
- nuts, walnut, hazel nuts
- berries, dried goji, dried mulberries, any berries are great
- leave to soak over night and enjoy in the morning
