- 1/4 bunch parsley
- 1/4 bunch green onions
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup of hemp seeds
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions....
...Chop up cilantro, parsley, green onions, tomatoes and avocados and place in a bowl.
...Add hemp seeds, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
...Toss and serve
