Hemp Hummus
Description
Did you know you can make a hummus dip without using legumes, additional oil, OR nuts? This recipe combines fresh zucchini with raw hemp seeds and sesame tahini for an ultra rich, creamy taste without ever feeling heavy on the tummy. Lemon juice adds a nice tang while cumin and a dash of salt and pepper amp up the flavor.Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1.5 cup hemp seeds
- 4 tbl tahini
- garlic
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt, pepper
Methods/steps
1) Put all the ingredients in your blender and mix well. Depending on your mixer you might need to add a little bit of water but be careful not to add too much so the flavors reduces.
2) Put it in a bowl and ENJOY!
