Ingredients:
- ½ cup raw milk kefir - (I use water kefir or raw goat milk)
- 1 frozen banana (make sure it is a ripe spotted banana)- option - banana can also Not be frozen keeping it warming for winter.
- big scoop of almond butter
- heaping spoonful of raw-bio-cacao powder
- dash of cinnamon
- raw cacao nibs for topping
- sprinkle of salt to taste
Makes 1 cup of chocolate goodness
Directions:
Cut frozen banana up. Blend all ingredients together in blender until combined. Sprinkle with raw cacao nibs.
