 Banana Hemp Seed Sushi Slices





Description

 Bananas pack a lot of easy to utilize carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, and hemp seeds are one of the best plant-based sources for complete protein as well as omega fatty acids. There are many nut butters to choose from these days. 

Ingredients

1 - 2 tablespoon raw organic nut butter or try homemade nutella here is the recipe
1 organic banana
1 - 2 tablespoon organic hemp seeds

Methods/steps

1) Peel banana and spread nut butter over the top half of the banana.

2) Sprinkle hemp seeds on top and slice into bite-sized pieces.
