Many blow diet off as not being important, but as the writer of this blog I have tried many of the treatments above and for me, diet was the most important thing for me. It’s the hardest also to change. But I just wanted to make a note from personal experience that it is essential in healing and food can be used as medicine.

Oil Pulling
Oil pulling is basically swishing oil around in your mouth for several minutes once or twice a day. Certain oils are said to pull out bacteria and the oil traps them and ends up being spit out. Many use olive oil or coconut oil but there are other kinds too. Here is a video that explains more.
