Tropical Smoothie
-250 ml hemp milk (simply hemp seeds with water blending)
-1 handful of Kale
-2 cups pineapple (cubes)
-2 whole Kiwi fruit
-half avocado
-1 banana
-1 tablespoon of coconut oil
-2 teaspoons of Maca powder
Blend all ingredients together at fast rate to a delicious green superfood smoothie. Enough for 1 large or 2 smaller smoothies.

Strawberry Banana Hemp Seed Smoothie
3 cups strawberries
2 bananas
1 cup fresh coconut water
2 tbsp hemp
Ice as needed
Directions
Blend in your blender until smooth. Enjoy!

1 tbsp hemp
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup oatmeal
2 bananas

Orange-Hemp-Frozen Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana- you will not need ice if you use frozen
1 whole orange – seeded
1 tbsp hemp
Ice as needed and if desired
A dash of cinnamon
A dash of almond extract
Directions
Blend in your blender until smooth.

Fig Hemp Smoothie
1 cup raspberries (frozen if desired)
1 cup frozen figs
2 cups water
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Ice as needed
1 handful of spinach
Directions
Blend in your blender until smooth.

Superfood Smoothie
1 ½ cups liquid – you can use juice or milk/almond milk
1 cup blueberries
1 handful of spinach
1 tbsp hemp
½ tbsp honey (optional)
Ice as needed
