Ingredients, its a meal....
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of blueberries (or frozen berry mix)
- 1 cup of almond milk (or whatever kind of milk you have on hand, we like raw goat)
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (bio) you can also use other nut butters
- 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder (bio)
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of mixed greens powder of your choice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chlorella (optional)
Instructions
- Put everything in your blender to process.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
